Kahtoola MICROspikes Ice Grips

MICROspikes are ideal for running or walking on snowy or icy paths. With stainless steel spikes and welded chains tough enough to handle any adventure, they are designed with an integrated toe bale and reinforced eyelets. The low profile elastomer harness gives a secure fit on running shoes or hiking footwear.

These are not crampons. They are not designed for mountaineering, winter hill walking or any steep terrain where proper crampons are required.
